East Boston – The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center (EBNHC) has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 12th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. Ranked 21st in the Largest Employer category, this is EBNHC’s fifth year being named to the list.

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees.

The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

Employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more.

“We are thrilled to be named to the Boston Globe’s list of Top Places to Work in Massachusetts once again,” says Vice President of Human Resources, Steven Snyder.

“The fact that this designation comes from survey feedback from our staff always means a great deal to us. At the same time, we know that we can never take this status for granted and must always strive to be the best employer we can be – and there is much opportunity ahead. With that perspective, we’ll celebrate this important acknowledgement and proudly let others know that EBNHC is a great place to work.”
