Leaders Come Together in Lawrence

Great things happens when the leading Latino leadership organization in the nation works together with an emerging generation of young professionals.

ALPFA Boston, the local chapter for the nation’s premier business and Latino leadership organization collaborated with the Greater Lawrence Young Professionals Network (GLYPN) to host “Emerging Leaders: Revitalizing Communities by Cultivating Leadership” which was attended by over 150 professionals from both Boston and the Merrimack Valley. 

The event took place on Wednesday, April 9th at the Everett Mils (15 Union Street) and featured a distinguished panel composed of Rosalin Acosta, Managing Director of Enterprise Investments, Yvonne Garcia, Senior VP of State Street Corporation and Joe Bator, Senior VP of Eastern Bank. 

Guests heard from the three business leaders who spoke about their road to success and the importance of giving back to the community as Quin Gonell, GLYPN President moderated. 

“This event also showed that young professionals will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the Greater Lawrence región”, stated Pavel Payano, co-founder and past President of GLYPN.
